Book Week Scotland: Reading Hour

Scottish Book Trust asked people across Scotland to put down their work and pick up their books for an hour from 11-12 on St Andrew’s Day.

Unfortunately, the timing didn’t fit in with our school day, so we used Tutor Time from 10.40 – 11.10, and many pupils and staff across the school were happy to get involved. Books were delivered to classes in case anyone forgot to bring theirs and I started to wonder if I was the only one not getting to read!
